Hi
How do I create registration with multiple ticket prices and multiple options within those price tiers in one registration form.
I would like to create a registration from that allows parents to sign up their kids for any of the Four classes being offered:
Cubbies,
Sparks,
T&T Girls and
T&T Boys
How do I create a drop down menu where people can select the number of children and the corresponding prices for each of the CLASS options mentioned above (cubbies, Sparks, T&T girls and T&T boys?:
1 CHILD – $40
2 CHILDREN – $80
3+ CHILDREN – $100

Hi there,
Event Espresso does not currently work in the way you are requesting with a dropdown to select specific prices for each individual registration.
You can create different ticket types within an event so in your case it would be Cubbies, Sparks, T&T Girls and T&T Boys and the user then selects the number of tickets for each of those ticket types. However, the pricing structure you are looking for complicates this as there’s no way to automatically discount 3+ ticket selections with this set up.
I assume you need to monitor numbers for each specific class?
One option is to basically use a the ticket type within the event as ‘Child’ and set up the pricing through that, then have a custom question request on each registration for the user to select the class type. The problem with that is you can’t easy monitor/limit the number of registration on each specific class so I’m not sure if that will work for you?
