Hi,

When people are registering multiple attendees, why can we see only the main registrant in the registration table and not the other attendees until we do an export. We would think this information should be listed under the main registrant under my registrations.

Hi there,

That’ll happen if you are using custom questions to collect the additional registrant information and not the ‘Personal Information’ question group.

EE needs at least the ‘First Name’ and ‘Email’ system questions (which are included in the personal info group) for each individual registration to have a separate ‘contact’ and show as separate registrations.

If you only collect the personal information group for the primary registrant EE has no way of know that you custom questions are intended to be ‘attendee’ questions so links all of the registrations to the primary registrants contact.

Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on to view your setup, please?

Looks like you have an ‘attendee’ group in which you are collecting ‘Attendee First Name & Attendee Last Name’. Those aren’t from the ‘Personal Information’ question group and are not the system question EE uses for registrants.

Edit the event and select the ‘Personal Information’ group on ‘Additional registrants’ in this section:

It’s going to mess up your registration form as you’ll likely have double questions but in order to do what you are requesting you need that group and will need to order your other questions to suit.

Disable the ‘attendee’ group you have selected on the event current and update.

Now run a test registration selecting 2 or more tickets, do the registrations show up as expected then?
