multi-event registration questions – answers only appear in CSV for first event

Running 4.9.38.p, with multi-event plugin. I have a single, additional question that I’ve checked for Primary Registrant on all events. When I download a CSV export for a specific event, that question only shows an answer when it was the first item that the registrant added to their cart. In these cases, in the Registrations view for that event, I can see a “(1 / x)” after the registrant’s name in the Name column. A user with anything higher than 1 in that field, their answer is blank.

Hi there,

The reason you’re seeing blank fields instead of answers is because technically they didn’t answer (or were even asked) the question for the other events. In additional to what you have now, you can check the box in “Questions for Additional Registrants” for the custom question group and that will make it so every event in the cart has the field on the registration forms.
