I just upgraded a site to Event Espresso 4. I see that the Multiple Event Registration Add-on is not available for EE4. I really need to provide the option on my site to allow the public to purchase a season package of the 8 total events we will be offering this holiday season. All 8 events are currently in EE4 and are working great.
Has anyone done this using EE4 and if so can you please share what you did.

Hi Chris,
If the events are separate, then the best way would probably be to create an event that offers the discounted price. Main issue with that is it wont modify the capacity of the individual events.
Alternatively, depending on your sites/event structure), you could create a single event that encompasses all of the dates (X dtatetimes and X tickets) and then add another ticket that covers all the datetimes, but at a reduced cost.

Thanks and let me see if I got this right. If I were to create new event named Season Pass and were to add all the event dates using (X datetimes) with one available ticket with the discount WHEN a user purchases this ticket would it register them in each event? If not what do you recommend I do to have a Season Pass that someone buys and the registration gets added to the 8 events?

Hi,
Sorry, no that’s not right, sorry if I didn’t explain it well enough.
While you can create a new event to give the bundle price, it will NOT affect any other events capacity.
The only way to achieve that right now, would be to consolidate all the events into a single event, each “event” having its own datetime and ticket. Then you create another ticket which bundles them together.

Because they are all under one event, the capacity would be reduced accordingly.
Barring that, I’m afraid that it’s a case of waiting until the discount add on is released (no timescale as yet).
