You’ll just need to set the Event Start and End dates appropriately in the event set up. If you want them to be set up as separate events, you can use the Multiple Event Registration add-on to allow the attendees to add multiple events to a cart for checkout.
The event would be multiple days that are not adjoining.
Because of this, I am not seeing a way to put this into the system.
We don’t want them adding these days to a cart as the user will simply not know what to do – it isn’t straight forward – essentially they pay for 1 day and get to attend all 3 days – so it would be nifty to see this event on the calendar for the three days but not have to have them be listed separately. Any solutions?
You could enter (or duplicate) the event so it appears on the calendar for each day it is held. Then, for the second and third dates you can set the registration form to not be displayed and point them to use the day one event listing as the alternate registration URL. This way if they click on any of the dates from the calendar it will take them to the one registration form you have set up for that event.
There is currently no way to put multiple non-adjoining days into a single event. There are a number of workarounds, though. You can set it up as multiple events, but use the registration page of the first event as the “alternate registration page” of all the rest of the events.
