Hello, I wonder if there is any way at the time to create a unique event that this activity will be on days 1, 7, 14 and 21 without having to create 4 different events.

Not at this time. What you can do, however, is create the 4 events, but set the “alternate registration page” on all but the first event to the registration page of the first event. You can also use categories to keep all but the first day from showing on the event list. That way all 4 days show on the calendar, but all the links go to the registration page of the first day.
