I have a bit of a situation I’m not able to solve and before we moving forward, and I’m sure someone has seen this, can anyone let me know if ES can handle this.
My client conducts a conference once a year that spans 4 day’s and each day has up to 14 classes. We need to be able to allow clients to select what day’s they want to attend as well as what classes within that day, and give us a priority of the class for each day because classes may get cancelled due to lack of participation.
One more kicker, if the participants do not want to stay at the preferred Hotel they pay a per day registration but if they do stay at the preferred Hotel they only pay X amount.
Is there a solution with ES?

One idea you could potentially put to use is give a discount code to anyone that books at the preferred hotel. There’s a promotions add-on available for Event Espresso 4:

With regards to the selection of classes, that’s something you can capture on the registration form by setting up some custom questions. You can follow these guides to set up your questions:

Thanks Josh, I didn’t even think about the discount code for the tickets as that is a great solution.
In regards to the class sign ups, I have begun moving forward with the registration form questions and the client likes that layout and flow much better.
