Multi Attendee Event Registration

I’m setting up an event were we need to register clildren for a camp. We are giving price breaks for a family. Example 1-2 children = $20, 3+ Children = $50.

How should I set this up for pricing? Currently if someone selects the 3+ option and fills in the registration form it charges them 3 x $50. Any ideas on how to only charge them $50?

Hi Jeff,

Since Event Espresso multiplies the ticket price per attendee, you can work around this by setting the event to not allow group registrations, then set your registration prices as 1-2 children for $20 then 3+ for $50. You could then add a registration form question asking them to confirm how many children will be attendee, and they’ll need to select the price option that matches the number of children they’ll be sending.

The system will then track the total number of registrations instead of the total number of children attending.
