I have an event which occurs over multiple days. People can come for Saturday, Sunday, or both. I setup a ticket each for Saturaday and for Sunday with prices.
I have a family registering for both days. lets say 3 people in hte family. It asks for Person 1’s name, Person 2, Person 3… up to Person 6 name. Can I make it duplicate the names for person 1 to both Day 1 and Day 2?

Not currently.
Within Event Espresso each ticket is a registration, you can set EE up to request details from either the first ticket (the primary registrant) or all tickets (primary + additional registrants).
There is no way to tell Event Espresso that registrations 4-6 are really registrant 1-3 to prevent it duplicating the questions.
How exactly to you have this set up within EE? If it’s a single event with 2 datetimes you could create an additional ticket for both days (with the relevant pricing) and then the users just select 3 tickets and it applies to both datetimes.
Would that work?

Last night, I thought of that as well. I made the three events and also where I had an add in option, I made three more that covered base + option instead of option alone. I realized that it made sense in a lot of ways because I might have some family members doing different days. but an ability to link, might be nice in the future.

With how registrations work within EE I don’t think we can link up single registrations with others but I will happily pass your feedback onto our developers and open a feature request to see if we can add something in the future.
