I am not clear on how to move registrants between events, can you point this out to me?

Hi,
You would need to create a new registration through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over your event name and click on Registrations.
On the next page click on Add New Registration which appears at the top of the page.
Then you can cancel the existing registration.

So we collect extensive info on our students. We would have to create a new registration, re-enter all this info, then delete the old registration? Didn’t someone sponser a registration transferring feature for EE4?

Hi Steve,
I don’t believe anyone has sponsored a registration transfer feature for ee4. There was a plugin built for EE3, and we’re working on re-building everything for EE4, but it will take some time before that can all be done.
Another alternative you could use to make this happen is instead of canceling the original registration, you could set it to not approved. This will open up the seat for someone else, and you’ll still have access to their extensive info.
