Hi

I am currently using Event Espresso with my site http://www.bosworthsgc.co.uk

I am building a new site using another domain http://www.letsgrowletsgo.co.uk that will eventually become the new bosworthsgc.co.uk website

My current working site has numerous coach trips that we use event espresso on . Is there a way to move this database across to the new site and also how do I move the licence over to the new site please

Thanks

Hello,

You could use a tool like Duplicator, Backup Buddy, or WP Migrate DB to move the site over:

You can also request a support license key release through your account page in the settings area. I would request it right after the migration to the new domain is complete as we respond to those on a daily basis.

Hi Lorenzo

Thank you for this

Do you know if you can just select parts of the old site to copy over – as it would only be the database elements of Event Espresso that I really need to copy over

Thanks

Hello,

Unfortunately, if you move just the Event Espresso database tables, then the information would be incomplete as information is stored in native WordPress tables as well as its custom database tables.
