Move registrant from less $$ event to a larger $$$ event

I have been puzling over this one for a while.
Alexander, purchased a $250 event (already paid for) yet wants to transfer to a $295 event.
How does that work?

If you use the Attendee Mover add-on to move the registration to the other event, it will show the price change and update the transaction accordingly. Then, if you send them a payment reminder, they’ll get a link where they can pay the $45 balance.
