Gents,
This error has thrown again. Can’t remember if this is time 3 or 4. This doesn’t seem to cause any issues for the site, but I’d like to be sure of that. I have made no changes to anything on the site since the last post a few days ago.

You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now. (Dismiss)

Thanks.

I just went through the steps for the attendee data needs updated error and now additional license errors for Groupon & Ticketing are being thrown. Thought I’d let you know.

Same here. I got no error at first, and now am getting the site license key is only for one site. I have a network WP installation for ease of maintenance but only using the site key on the one site URL we have licensed.

Glad it’s not just me 😉

This seems to be a recent trend, Michael, but support always responds quickly.

EE team – here’s another error preventing me from automatic updates:
There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.28.1.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Guys,

There were significant changes made between how licensing is handled in 3.1.27.1P and 3.1.28.1P to allow for less restrictions and result in way less install key fails. But the change from the one version to the next may require resetting some keys.

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Sorry for the trouble.

All set for now. Thank you Jonathan.

Jonathan,
With other sites with this error, do we need our key reset too? Best process to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Ray

@Ray Hi, if you have other sites, please post a thread using the correct username so we can find the account/s and reset the keys.
