More attendee mover payment problems

I don’t know where to begin on this one. I have an attendee who paid the “payment plan” price for an event. Then, the same attendee went back in a few weeks later and purchased another “payment plan” ticket, thinking it was a way to make a payment on her account. I moved both registrations to full price tickets. Then, I tried to move one of the PayPal payments to the other registration so I could have all payment info in one place. The registration that I moved the payment to shows a total of $170 payed via PayPal (on the $255 total price) in the registrations list view. That is correct. However, if I click the shopping cart icon and look at payments, only one payment shows for $85 and the total due shows $170. Her other registration is showing as “cancelled” with a transaction status as “complete”. The cost shows as $0 with a payment of $85 via “unknown”.

I don’t know where to begin to fix this.

Hi Tony,

I have a login I created for another issue. Can you use that to log in to the site? (I can resend info).

Do you mean previously created a user for one of us? (EE support?)

If so we don’t keep those login details for security reasons, once we’ve fixed whatever issue the issues were sent over for we remove the details completely.

Hi Tony. I sent the login info. I have another user who just paid for two different “deposit” tickets. I’d like to combine them to the correct full price ticket but I don’t want to break anything. Maybe you can show me the best way to do that?

In short, I don’t have any details of the registrations I need to look at, if you can send me the ID’s for those registrations I’ll take a look.
