I have submitted a support request for “Monthly Meeting”. I purchased a support token because I need help ASAP to correct the meeting setup.

You could go in to the event editor for that event, and check the Members Price column. For every Standard Price, there’s a corresponding Members Price. Here’s a link to the documentation that includes more information:
