You can add the following code snippet to your site to condense the calendar’s display of datetimes to one datetime per event per day:

You can add the above to a functions plugin or, if available, into your WordPress child theme’s functions.php file.

With regards to Priority Support: Generally speaking, Priority Support is used for when you need to give Event Espresso support staff access to a site in order to fix a plugin conflict or some other issue.
