Moneybookers gateway?

Howdy! First off, great job on this plugin! It’s been a great tool for our organization.
I was wondering if there exists or there is the possibility of a Moneybookers (or Skrill as it’s now known) payment gateway?

We’re going to have an event in Sarajevo and a few people from the Balkans have told us that Paypal (our current payment gateway) doesn’t universally work there. Any help?

We do take on work for adding on additional gateways, but due to the fact most of the “core” gateways are already available in the plugin we do request development support to add new gateways. Normally the development can be done within the 10 days, but if the API has no English documentation or if there are other issues, it may take longer.
