Moneris Payment Status Incomplete

Hoping for your help please. I am using the Moneris test DirectPost Configuration. I’ve used the instructions from here:

Attendee is unpaid. No confirmation e-mails are sent.

The transaction appears to go to the Moneris hosted payment page, briefly and then goes to the ‘Thank you’ page with the following information:

Class/Event: Toronto Midway
Primary Registrant: Doug Tester2
Payment Type: Moneris Hosted Pay Page
Payment Date: May 6, 2014
Amount Paid/Owed: C$33.00 Incomplete
Payment Status: Incomplete
Registration ID: 1-53691b8185af1

I hope I’m just making a basic error? I have been using Event Espresso on another site for years (using PayPal). It’s worked great!

Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P
WordPress version WP 3.8.3

Hi Douglas,

It turns out that the Event Espresso Moneris gateway was built to be used with the Moneris Hosted PayPage. It was not built to be used and will not work with Direct Post. You can click on “hosted config” in the Moneris test site to set up a configuration to test the Event Espresso Moneris gateway.
