We recently took over a site where the previous developer built a custom plugin to integrate Moneris as a payment provider. After updating Event Espresso and the Multi Registration plugin, we’re experiencing intermittent issues with Moneris payments processing successfully.
We’re currently troubleshooting the issue but wanted to check whether Moneris is still unsupported. Additionally, do you have any updated documentation on integrating custom payment providers?
Could you also confirm what payment providers you do support?

We do not have an official payment method for Moneris if that is what you are asking.
After updating Event Espresso and the Multi Registration plugin, we’re experiencing intermittent issues with Moneris payments processing successfully.
Is this from an error from Moneries or an error before the request is sent?
The way EE handles payment methods hasn’t changed in a very long time so I can’t see how updating EE (and especially the Multi Event Registration add-on) could cause issues with a payment method.
The way in which we handle ‘line items’ (the items which make up a transaction) has changed some but unless the payment method specifically targets those that wont affect the payment method.
In short EE loads the Transation and the payment methods on the payment options step, it then just calls the methods from within the payment method itself (that part hasn’t changed at all) so I would imagine this is an issue with whatever the payment method itself is doing here.

Becuase the way in which payment methods load hasn’t changed in a long time, the documentation is the same.
