Hello,

we are getting no billing / invoice information from Mollie into our system when you go into the transactions?

Any idea how we can fix that?

Hi Martin,

I am not sure if I understand this “no billing / invoice information from Mollie into our system”.

Can you please give us some more information about the Event in which you are facing the issue?
Specifically, if it is a paid event or free, and if it is paid then let us know if the payment was made from the front end or the backend.

Also, please share a direct link to the event page.

when you go into a transaction i see payment details from mollie but in billing information nothing here again a screenshot in english https://prnt.sc/4c8vMrhA0lwZ

Sorry for the confusion above.

I’ve checked the website and can see you are using an older version of the EE plugin. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (v5.0.16)?
