Modify Custom Ticket Templates

Hi.
I would like to make my tickets that are emailed display the total amount paid rather than the price per ticket sold. It is confusing people who purchase multiple tickets and only have it saying they paid for 1. Just wondering if there is a simple way to modify it.

Also, are you trying to setup a custom email notification for an event or change the ticket itself?
