September 11, 2012 at 11:03 pm Hello, You will need to add a custom email in the Email Manager, then you can use the drop-down box in the Edit Attendee Payment Record screen under Invoice/Payment Reminder. If you select the email you created from the drop-down menu, then it will override the custom email. See screenshot here: http://www.screencast.com/t/rymnMnijmL0j
