I installed the plugin to accept tickets and DL the new APP tried it last event and it will not find the ticket when scanning a barcode – it fails saying ticket is for a different event with a big red “!” then my option is retry or done – tried a bunch of tickets then was forced to give up and manually check them all in – what is wrong? I see the event in the app so Im logged into my acct and I select it and then this! I see no other blogs with this complaint.
It sounds like the app isn’t being allow to authenticate correctly. This can happen if it’s a server that uses FCGI. What we found is server’s that use FCGI don’t allow the authentication headers to be sent.
