Mobile events page not displaying correctly

All of a sudden our events page is not displaying correctly today. It was actually displaying old events from back in January only. I saw someone else posted today with the same problem on this discussion thread https://eventespresso.com/topic/all-events-error-404-page-not-found/, however it would not allow me to add to the discussion. I did as Josh suggested and it fixed the problem on our website using a lap or desktop, however going to our site via phone, the events page is still displaying the January events. Hoping there is another easy fix for this like Josh suggested earlier today? Thanks for your help.

Hi Kate,

The calendar displays the current month by default. It may show a specific month if the month parameter is in use or if there are errors on the page that are preventing it from showing the current month.

Do you have a link available for the page?

Here is the link to the page: redacted – Event Espresso support team – LOC. If you click on it via computer, they display correctly. If I check the link on my phone, the events displayed are for January. Thanks for your help with this.

Hello,

I see January events on a computer and a mobile phone.

What is the shortcode that you have on that page?

For example, if you edit the page through WordPress in your dashboard, then you should see a shortcode there.

It may be set to show a specific category which may explain why you are not seeing current events.

Also, my earlier feedback was regarding the events calendar. This is an events listing page that is using a shortcode so they are different things.

Wanted to let you know that I simply logged into WordPress from my phone and went to settings and permalinks. Doing that just like I did on my laptop fixed the problem.
