I am trying to figure out whether old EE3 custom coding done by an earlier developer (he did a lot, didn’t document anything) is impacting our EE4 mobile calendar. We’re having problems with the tooltips not showing enough information. Could you look at the calendar here on mobile and tell me if this is what you would expect it to look like? I know there are a variety of options, but I’m trying to get an understanding of what the EE4 baseline is.

Yes that is what’s expected. There really isn’t much room for tooltip content on smaller screens.
You can try showing more information (it might be readable on some devices) by adding the following to your custom stylesheet:
.ui-tooltip-content p {
display: block;
}
Adding the above may cause more problems though, because there’s not enough screen to show everything.
