Event Espresso – 4.9.77.p Version 5.2.1
– Mobile EE AP, Iphone, seems to be the latest version..
– App shows all registrations for an event, also failed or uncompleted ones. More logical to display only the completed (payed)?
– The app shows the ex VAT price, whereas the websites shows the Incl VAT price… either show both or the Incl Vat price in the app, otherwise confusing… (sometimes the incl VAT) is shown..
Configuration for repeating workshops, i.e.
1 event has multiple ticket dates / times

Actually no because we’ve gotten feedback that it’s useful to see all attendees in the list. This allows for pay-at-the-door use cases.

The website can be configured either way by means of a setting. That setting is located in Event Espresso > Pricing > Tax Settings.

I’m afraid I don’t understand your question. Can you clarify?

Hi,
I’m afraid your email did not include any additional information. The apps do show slightly different data than the WP admin (showing VAT, vs not VAT for example). That said, will having that difference in pricing display not allow you to use the app successfully?

Following the info that was shared in the e-mail
Vat / Ex vat in the ticket a bit confusing, but may be a event copy issue
The app, in my opinion, should clearly show which tickets were payed and which not. Now you see a list of names but not payment status for the attendee.. in our case that info is important…

The app does show payment status, and amount of payment.
So for example if the registration is paid, it will look like this:

Note the amount of payment is shown at the far right.
Another example, if the registration is not paid the app will show this:
https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-FKSM2EXFD-960936c1f2
Note the $0.00 amount shown at the far right. This means no payment was made.
