Mobile App problem

Hello,

i have problems with mobile app for scaning tickets. So i think that i install everything correct, but wen i connect to the app it says:

ERROR – Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permissions: ee_read_events; ee_read_other_events; ee_read_private_events

I am admin on my web site and i give all the permissions… everything is checked.
Also everything is up-to-date – wordpress and EE.

Please help
