Hi,
After logging in successfully to the app, it says “Loading” followed by a “Sorry, you are not allowed to list events. Missing permissions: ee_read_events, ee_read_others_events, ee_read_private_events”

Using “User Role Editor” plugin, I am able to see the 3 permissions already granted to my ID.

I’m scheduled to demo the attendance taking with the app this afternoon, appreciate your advice ASAP.

Thanks.

Hi there,

The support team are available Mon – Fri 7am to 7pm EST, just to explain why you didn’t get a reply yesterday.

If you log in as an administrator, do you get the the same error?

Hi, I’m now getting an “You cannot have WP API v1 and v2 active simultaneously. Please deactivate WP API v1 plugin…”.

Where do I deactivate WP API v1?

Where do I deactivate WP API v1?

Do you have the REST API plugin enabled on your site? If so, disable it, the REST API is now built into WordPress core.
