Hello – wondering if you can help. The mobile app which I have downloaded is not showing any events (neither in Today, Upcoming or Past). I do not have the latest version of Event Espresso as I didn’t want to update until after the event. Can you help?

Hi Finn,
Which version numbers of Event Espresso, the ticketing add-on, the mobile app, and the mobile app API are installed?
If you’re running an older version ( ~ 3 months or older) of Event Espresso, it may not be compatible with the newest version of the iOS app.

I didn’t have the Espresso Services folder uploaded – I followed the instructions per the steps. So steps #1 and #2 are both done. It isn’t on a multisite – I have verified the items listed on the troubleshooting – and I have done what it asks – however I am still not seeing the events when I log in on the Mobile app. Can you help?

never mind – just checked again – and the event is under the ‘Past’ events tab as the event is today I guess? Thanks for your help! and getting back to me so quickly!
