Mobile App not filtering

Hello,
I’ve updated the Ticketing to the current release.
Tickets have been in use for some time and are being emailed just fine.
However, the mobile app isn’t working as expected because it isn’t filtering events properly.
Regardless of choosing the “Today”, “Upcoming” or “Past” buttons, I am getting a list of all events regardless of status and have to scroll & scroll to get to the event I am looking for. If I type in the event name, it processes too long to know if a result will return or not.

Any suggestions?

I just released an update to the api files over the weekend. Have you updated those files as well?

Hello Seth,
Yes, I have updated the ticketing files as of yesterday, overwriting the prior version.
I’m trying to id if there is some kind of data issue where the data confusing the app, but it doesn’t seem so. Events aren’t sorted by date or by title, and all events are present in each tab of the app.
The behavior was the same before & after this recent update.

Hi Seth,
I fully deleted the espress-services directory and uploaded the kit again. The mobile app is working as expected now.

Server might have been caching the files.

Seth, the mobile app is working much better, but for some reason the “Today” button filter is not showing today’s events. I know tickets have been published, and tomorrow’s events are showing ok. I am trying to id the issue but don’t see why the event isn’t displaying today.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the update.

We are looking into the issue. The event is probably listed in the past events tab.

You are correct that it is in the past events. There are no date elements that had expired for today’s events and they were on the calendar as expected. I will let you know if it happens again. Thank you.

Hi Seth,
Today’s events are again not showing on the “today” tab, but are on the “past” events tabs.

Yes, this is a know issue that I am looking into. Hopefully will have something fixed next week.
