Mobile App administrator versus event administrator problem

I did some tests and followed the instructions on:

The mobile QR scanner (IOS), only works when the user is logged in as wordpress administrator (in the app), but not when logged in as an Event Administrator. In the latter case I get an error message when I try to scan a ticket of a test event.

So I’m able to login (as an event administrator), see the events but not get the desired ticket info (error message).

I checked the events administrator credentials in WordPress and they seem in line with your guideline. The test-event I made is assigned to this Event Administrator

Wordpress runs on:

Server: Apache

For security reasons we prefer our people not to log in as Admin into your IOS EE4 app.

Please guide me further.

The solution may be as simple as updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4 (4.9.77.p is the current version).

If that doesn’t help, can you reply to this and include the full text of the error message?
