Missing ticket details after migrating to WPEngine

I’ve spent some time in the forum looking for solutions. Any help from here is appreciated.
EventEspresso version 4.9.23.p

I kept seeing the ‘page not found’ error when navigating to the venues, meetings or events page.

I read the ‘How to Setup WPEngine hosting for Event Espresso’ post and passed this information to WPengine. They turned off caching and the pages re-appeared.

Ticket information was also missing so they also re-enabled the WordPress Heartbeat API. However, I still don’t see the full ticket information.

There was some code posted on the heartbeat api, but WPEngine did not recommend installing this code, they had re-enabled the heartbeat API, and we both were not sure where the code should have gone.

Let me know what more information you need (if you can help me). I’m happy to provide login to eventespresso, if required.

Any ideas?
