One of our event is having issue.
going to this event in the backoffice, it shows 7 ticket rsvd, when you click on the icon to show who register, it only shows 2 registrations (when you select “see all registration” on the top bar).
I did find 11 incomplete registration and 1 in the recycle bin.
but 5 are missing
The ticket rsvd count can go up simply from selecting tickets and stoping there, and the rsvd count should go up & down when registrations are in progress. They’d have to at least fill out & submit the registration form to progress from rsvd to an actual registration.
In other words, it doesn’t look like you have missing registrations.
