Hi There,

We are running core Version 3.1.34.1.P with Multiple Event Registration Version 1.0.4 as well as the latest JSON & ticketing plugins (although not active).

Havining an issue were an attendee entered an event that contained 3 question categories, however on their completed registration the fields from the other 2 question categories were did not even show up.

Example: http://i.imgur.com/VyvPA4e.png

I double checked and the event still has 3 question categories selected and I tried a test entry myself and I get all 3 questions categories to appear on the registration form. This only happens sporadically with a few entrants. I noticed this happened a few times last year during one of our events too. Any idea what is causing this? You can try to recreate the issue if you’d like: http://www.shorewoodttc.org/index.php/badger-open-registration/

I just upgraded from 3.1.34 this morning and we are currently being hosted on a WAMP server (I know..Don’t want to risk changing in the middle of a big event).

Thanks for your help! You guys are great!

Hi,

Are these questions required? Is it possible they didn’t fill out the form?

Currently if the questions are not answered the unanswered questions don’t appear in the edit attendee section. We have a fix in place for that which is due in the next release (.35)

Yep, these are all required questions. Just double checked the question set ups.

The validation on the registration form is javascript, and those users may have javascript turned off, (firefox noscript add-on, for example). Can you determine the attendee id and question id and confirm that there is no entry in the wp_events_answer table for that attendee to that question?

So I looked and there were only 3 answers in the table for attendee 904 vs. another attendee 909 answered all the questions.

I can ask the attendee if he was using a browser extension.

May not have been an extension, may have been the actual browser settings. But I agree with Sidney, can’t see any other reason the questions are not being answered other than they are not being required.
