Missing FIles

I Bought EE$ recently and EE3 in the past i need to redownload my EE3 Files so i can update my site but there not listed, i paid for them were are they placed?

Hi Tommy,

The license you have recently purchased is a support/update license for EE4 which does not include access to EE3 so the downloads available within your account appear correct.

I checked on your site and can see the version you are running is EE3.1.36.2, you can update to EE4 from this version so you do not need to first update EE3 to use EE4 (the site must be running at least 3.1.36+, which your is)

Be sure to make a Full Site Back-up of the site before updating.

However to note, EE4 is a complete re-write of Event Espresso and is not simply an update but a vastly different system. I would recommend cloning the site locally first and updating to EE4 there to check for any issues. I use the Duplicator plugin to do this.
