I have a recurring event created that has a single date/time slot every day up until end of January. Until recently it has been fine but it is no not showing any of the upcoming recurrences or the associated tickets after today in the back end no matter how the filters are set. Expired slots show fine when the filter is set to show them but no upcoming ones.
The tickets are available on the front end for customers to book for these slots and transactions are processed for them. I can see the registrations made for them in the system if I search for them and the events themself show up no problem in the app.
Without being able to see each timeslot in the back end I am unable to cancel them or make any changes such as reducing capacity etc.
Thanks for getting back to me. These screenshots show the same event in the app, the front end booking page for the even and the back end view when editing the event with filters set to show upcoming and active events. https://imgur.com/a/CuK4yT7
We did look on it, and it seems you have a lot of recuring event that affect the performance of it. There’s a limit of 100 set on the query.
We suggest to create another event for the remaining recuring event. Maybe, you can do it per quarter? that could minimize the query that is firing on your event page.
thanks.
