We only have the option to pay with a credit card on our website. In the past, when customers proceed to the Registration Checkout, they click the credit card icon to enter in their personal information as well as their credit card number (http://take.ms/HdpO2). Lately, the form hasn’t been including the space for credit card information and only provides error messages when our customers try to continue (http://take.ms/xztr0). EE marks them as incomplete. A few of our customers have been able to pay without any trouble, but the majority of them seem to have experienced some version of this. This issue started about 1.5 weeks ago.
A customer informed us that she was able to get the credit card info to pop up after she hit the credit card icon a second time, and in our testing that has proven true. However, the process isn’t obvious to our customers and seems unnecessary compared to how it worked previously.
Why might this have happened, and how do we go about fixing it?
Yes you should be good to go for right now. We’ll be releasing more updates to the Braintree add-on as there are some other issues getting worked out, including an update to the use the newest version of the Braintree API.
