Wondering you can help. We have an event for head teachers which we are making available to registrants for free. We created 12 tickets and all twelve have now been booked except that for two of these there are no contact details. One of them seems to be a primary registration and the second is the secondary registrant but there are no names or email addresses for either. Can’t understand why this is when these are required fields and we’ve never seen this before. Please could you advise?
Hmmm, so the only time I can recall seeing anything like that was due to caching.
Are you using any caching plugins?
Or, have you processed any GDPR data purge requests recently? (Long shot but I’m just trying to cover all bases and thinking aloud)
