Recently, although someone is paid, we still don’t see the attendee on Event Espresso. I’ve seen a message that says please update because some attendee data may be missing on the admin panel but once I clicked it, nothing happened and the message went away.
For the missing attendees, if a member starts a registration and gets to the payment page and backtracks (clicks back a couple times), then this will wipe the existing registration. There are warnings to prevent this but it is possible to click okay and move backwards back to the event registration page.
Does this sound like something that may have happened?
