We’re seeing an issue were a student is registered by our front desk staff, the staff member receives the confirmation email but then the student doesn’t show up in EE. Any suggestions?

Is there anything entered into the live search field in the attendee overview at the moment?

Can you check to see if someone deleted the registration via the admin?

Nothing has been deleted.

Can you send a copy of the site’s database along with the name of the missing attendee so we can take a look? You can send this information to support@eventespresso.com

Since nothing has been deleted the attendee data should still be there.
