I have since updated to the latest version, removed all external CSS modifications and it is still preventing customers form buying tickets.

Hello,

This is due to having modified template files in uploads/espresso directory. Template files do get updated from time to time and there has been a few updates recently.

This can be quickly checked by renaming the folder (uploads/old_espresso for example) there is also a button to do this in the Template Settings page (ver 3.1.28.X upwards).

Once you have renamed the folder check to see if everything functions. If so then you will need to transfer any modifications from the old template files to the new ones.

If you need further help please let us know, and if you need to cash in the support token, please email us at support@eventespresso.com.

Changing the file to old broke everything….

Hi,

Changing the folder name to old is just a way to stop your modified files from being loaded and allow the current templates to load instead. You can always rename it back.

When you renamed the folder, did the error disappear?

Changing the file to old broke everything….

Unfortunately this doesn’t inform me of what occurred, if you could provide some more information, it would assist matters greatly.

Hi there,

We tried to log in to FTP and the credentials you sent do not appear to be correct. Can you verify and re-send these? Thanks.

We were able to resolve the above issue by renaming the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates-old.
