When you set a minimum or maximum ticket quantity for individual type of ticket per order, the limitation will be applied in the select ticket page. But once you get to the event cart, you can freely add or subtract tickets from the event cart.
The limitation should apply throughout the entire process not only from the ticket select section. Can you please let me know if there is a quick fix for these? As we are hoping to launch our website with event espresso as our major ticketing plugin. But there are these few bugs we are discovering throughout our testing process.
Currently there is no fix for the issue you’ve reported here. There’s an open ticket assigned to a developer and we’ll post any updates on their progress here.
