Minimum and maximum quantity not respected on cart page

I set up a ticket that has a min and max of 2. This forces the user to purchase a bundle. BUT on the cart page they can use the + and – buttons to increment that number. I had to fudge the price to get the bundle price I wanted, so allowing users to increment this down or up is a serious problem!

Hi there,

I’m afraid that as it stands right now the only solution to this problem is to deactivate the Multi Event Registration add-on. The Multi Event Registration add-on was not built to enforce the incoming ticket selections if they were bundled together.

After a bit more google I see this was an issue in March as well. Do you know when this will be resolved? I’ve paid for the Everything license so we could use multiple add-ons. I would expect for this kind of money that your add-ons would play nice with each other and core. Please let me know when to expect this fix so I can convey the news to my client.

I do not know when this will be fixed. May I ask where you saw this was an issue in March? That could be potentially important information if there was already a ticket made from that report.
