Min & Max Ticket Qty

Hi, in the cart the quantity of tickets can be adjusted below or above the minimun and maximum set for the ticket, the registrant should not be able to do this. All EE plugins are up to date. Is there a fix for this or is there a setting adjustment required?

Hi there,

I’m afraid there isn’t a fix for this issue. We’ll update this thread once it’s fixed.
