Mijireh Payment Tool Not Working

Hi there,

We currently use Mijireh to process our online credit card payments for our events and the last week or two it has not been working. The error occurs when credit card payment is selected and the error message says to refresh the page and try again. We have not changed any settings in the Mijireh payment options in WordPress. The enrolments are coming through as pending payment on the WordPress end. Can you please advise what is happening here and how we can fix it?

Hi Gareth,

We recently found out that as of September 15th 2019 Mijireh has actually closed down so the payment method will no longer function, another user posted about this HERE.

You’ll need to switch away from Mijireh and use another payment method with EE.

Which payment provider are you using?

Hi Tony,

Thank you for the reply. We currently use e-way to take the payment and ANZ is our banking branch. Do you have a recommendation for an alternative payment method?

I believe eWay has their own EE4 payment method that may work for you, take a look here:
