Mijireh Payment not completing

Hi I use the Mijireh plugin as a third party pass through to First Data for event payments. Currently everything is working fine, except for the return to my site after payment. When people pay on the Mijireh site, it goes through, however, they just get a blank screen or a 500 http error screen and not the thank you screen. The registration is set to pending payment, even though the payment had been successful. I am on EE 4.9.22 running on Ubuntu 12.04 lts. I have recently changed the permalinks on the site to plain, but all the other pages are working fine.

Hi there,

The 500 error usually means a fatal error is being thrown which should be logged in the servers error logs.

Do you have FTP access to the server? You should find an error.log (or similar) file within the root directory of your site. Can you check there if any errors are being thrown by Event Espresso?

To your wp-config.php file and retest a Mijireh payment the errors should be logged within a debug.log file within /wp-content/
