Mijireh not working…

Hi all, I have a ticket open with Mijireh but I’m not getting the answers I need and the site in question is live. I wondered if you could help at all.

When we process a transaction we get “invalid credentials” this means the worldpay info we’ve entered is wrong but they don’t seem to know what I’m supposed to enter! I’ve put the installation ID in the “login” field in Mijireh and the password in the password field – do you know if this is correct?

Worldpay also set up the integration as XML but the support guy on Mijireh wasn’t completely confident this was correct…

Hi Zoe, have you tried the login information for the merchant account?

Hi Lorenzo, its not that, it doesnt work either and Mijireh have at least said its not the account login!!

Have you tried using the WorldPay account email address for the login?

Thanks Dean, will give that a go. I have to say I’ve been pretty unimpressed with Mijireh. The info I need is pretty simple, their support staff don’t know the answer and I’ve been waiting for a reply from the developer since Thursday!

Are there any other options for integrating WorldPay with EE4?

Other options involve building a direct integration for WorldPay. We have documentation that’s specific to building gateways for EE4. Here’s an overview:
