I’ve tried updating from 4.5.x to 4.6.6. However, when migrating, it detects data from 4.4.8 instead. Which is really weird.
I decided to go ahead and migrate anyway and it crashed at the last part due to lack of memory
Now, I’m thinking I should re-do the migration and here is what your page says
First, check the forums to see if there is a solution before re-attempting to migrate.
To retry migrating your data: restore to the backup you made before the migration and reactivate EE (and any addons you are using) and re-run the migration scripts. If you did not make a database migration and are migrating from EE3: delete your EE4 data (use the Reset/Delete Data tab above), and then reactivate EE4, and then re-run the migration scripts.
But there is no link to any migration script. Clicking on the maintenance tab simply asks me to send the crash report again.
You can re-run the migration and prevent the out of memory errors by following these steps:
1) Deactivate Event Espresso 4.6
2) Go to edit your wp-config.php file and add this line to the developer’s section: define( 'EE_MIGRATION_STEP_SIZE', 5);
3) Restore your database to the backup point that you made before running the migration
4) Activate EE4 if it doesn’t already re-activate from restoring the database backup.
