We’re using EE3 and are evaluating EE4 on a staging server to see if it will work for us. Is there a way to get a copy of EE4 versions of Add-Ons that we currently have for EE3 like Attendee Mover, in order to test them?

Many of the add-ons are available to download from your account page. You click on the EE4 tab under Downloads. The remainder can be downloaded from Github:
