Migrating to a new domain

Hello,

We will be migrating our website to a new hosting provider while at the same time migrating our domain name.

As the support key is attached to the current domain name, what steps do we need to take for a smooth transition?

Hi there,

Once you’ve moved to the new domain, go to your account page and click the request reset button next to your key.

We’ll then reset your key and you’ll need to remove the key, save, replace the key in the field and save again to re-assign it.

That’s all you should need to do.
